Mobilization Officer
Isaac is a development
worker with developed skills in development partnerships, children and youth
development, social research, strategic planning, resource mobilization, human
rights, migration, workforce development, community engagement and education.
Prior to joining DLAiD
in August 2023, Isaac worked as the Development Officer for Young People We
Care Ghana (YPWC Ghana), a Kumasi based youth-led non-profit organisation. He
first joined YPWC as a youth volunteer and was soon appointed to the office of
Development Officer to lead the organisation’s efforts in initiating
and developing thematic projects related to youth.
Isaac has also worked
as an independent consultant for other international and local development
organisations such as Ecorys UK Ltd., International Justice Mission Ghana,
Global Media Foundation (GLOMEF), Indigenous Women Empowerment Network (IWEN),
and Citizens Watch Ghana (CWG).
He holds an MPhil.
Sociology degree and a BA. Sociology and Social Work from Kwame Nkrumah
University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.
